National Night Out 2025
It is no mystery National Night Out is closely aligned with our Foundation Mission: National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make neighborhoods safer.
Taneytown…you showed up! At last count, we heard there were around 2000 people in attendance!
This event is FREE for the community. But free does not translate to mean it didn’t cost anything.
There were an incredible amount of local business and vendor giveaways, food/ drink donations and activities. (No one has ever been sad about a hotdog, foam party and a gift- and that was all within 25 feet of where we were at).
The Bollinger Foundation team made a donation commitment plan of action for this event: YOU made this possible.
Sticky’s Snowball Trailer - It was glorious and sticky. At our last best guess, we made over 425 snowballs in 2.5 hours!
That’s one snowball every 21.42 seconds for the entire event!!
Back To School Backpacks - Stocked with the goodies, for Elementary & Middle/High School
Teacher Toy Boxes! - We recognize teachers see kids every single week, and know best who may need some extra resources!
Tumblers - Everybody needs to hydrate.
First Aid Kits - Safety & First Aid Kits are an essential care item, so we want to continue making sure our community has what they need on hand and gave away over 25 kits.
Power Wheels- Did you see the Hot Pink Lamborghini & Black Jeep? The youngest drivers in this town are learning to signal- and are simply the coolest.
Cotton Candy Pops! Part of our grab & go snacks for this event, and you weren’t too picky…but we think blue was the favorite!
